Keep Praising God

(Psalms 7)

By Tanja

Have you had a tough day sometimes? “O Lord my God, I turn aside to hide my soul in you. I trust you to save me from all those who pursue and persecute me.” Psalms 7:1 (TPT).

In Psalms 7, King David was concerned about his life and destiny, he was not safe and asked God for help and to act as his judge. David opened his heart to say to God, that if he is not in the right-than, he was willing to pay the cost.

It must have been a tough day for David, but he finds a praise point to exit his day. “I will give thanks to the Lord because of his righteousness; I will sing the praises of the name of the Lord Most High.” (Psalms 7:17)

‘Adonai Elyon’ is the Lord Most High. God is above all other gods- that was David’s God.

We can praise, the Lord Most High, like David did.

Don’t be overcome by problems. Seek the Lord. He will lead you out the right door. Will you exit your day with praise?
